Ijeoma is the Lead Consultant at TIE Consulting Limited. Her experience revolves around executive search, career development advisory, HR Audits, HR business partnering, and business process improvement projects, covering countries like Nigeria, US, UK, India across a range of challenging industries.

At TIE Consulting Limited she is charged with managing the team to deliver on all talent advisory projects for Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME) and multinational clients whilst driving scalable employability programs.

Ijeoma has played a key role in a number of strategic HR projects in collaboration with Business Leaders; leading the recruitment project (start-up to scale-up phases) for a private equity firm’s three (3) portfolio companies; advising on a talent optimization and transformation project in a high-growth fintech start-up company; and delivering technical and executive recruitment projects in an indigenous oil and gas company listed on the London Stock Exchange to mention a few.

As a Career Strategist, she is the Course Creator of “Land Your Dream Job” online course program covering the full blown process involved in successful job searching, as a way of tackling employability issues in Africa.

Ijeoma holds an MBA degree and is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) one of the highest Human Resources Certifications accredited by Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
