Senior HR Associate (Tech Talent & Operations)

Role Overview

Our client, a leading technology and digital infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Human Resources Associate (Tech Talent & Operations Focus) to support the execution of the organization’s people strategy while driving excellence in technical talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with strong hands-on expertise in attracting, hiring, and retaining top technology talent while ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Tech Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Leadership

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, product management, DevOps, and related functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and business-critical technology positions.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessment criteria, and selection processes.
• Improve recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

• Support the Head of HR in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce and organizational matters.
• Contribute to workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning initiatives.
• Support organizational development and change management programs.

HR Operations & Process Excellence

• Oversee the effective execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and HR governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Support the resolution of employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and best practices.
• Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management and talent development processes.
• Foster a positive and productive employee experience.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, mentor, and develop HR Officers and Talent Acquisition team members.
• Drive accountability and performance across the HR function.
• Support capability-building initiatives and continuous learning within the HR team.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards covering recruitment, headcount, attrition, workforce trends, and other key metrics.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support workforce decisions.
• Prepare periodic reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years focused on technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience within technology, telecommunications, fintech, SaaS, cloud, or digital services environments is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting technical professionals including software engineers, cloud specialists, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and related roles.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience within HR or talent acquisition functions.
