Credible skills in adaptability and self-leadership will be essential in achieving outstanding results and maintaining high standards across all service offerings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We don&#8217;t expect you to have it all, as you will have adequate support and training within your first three months. Ideally for this role, you should be a very reliable person, with a can-do-attitude and a lot of courage to adequately deliver on this role.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Identify, and capitalize on new business prospects by pitching and presenting the company&#8217;s services and evaluating potential business opportunities that align with the company&#8217;s expertise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Effectively manage and cater to the needs of current clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand business relationships.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Manage clients need end to end (CV and LinkedIn profile).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Provide career advisory and strategy to clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Support in HR Consulting, Recruitment and training projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Continuously look out for way to support in enhancing existing business processes for various service offerings, such as career coaching, HR advisory, and recruitment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Skills:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Business Development: Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting same through proposal\/pitch deck development to foster revenue growth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Client Management: Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">CV &amp; LinkedIn Writing: Skilled in researching, writing to support career coaching needs.
