The Sales Representative will play a key role in implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and ensuring timely collections. This position requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with Sales Force directly to implement sales activities for each project.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying potentials customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications<\/li>\n<li>Implement Global Sales target by setting personal sales target with line manager so as to achieve set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate sales results and create sales report before Sales and Marketing Director<\/li>\n<li>Collect inquiries, complaints and customers and handle appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with legal and finance department within the Group to ensure strict compliance to regulations (external and Internal)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct weekly and monthly reports to senior management on sales targets, enquiries and clients\u2019 feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure collections of sales proceeds in a timely and efficient manager<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Researching competitors\u2019 products, pricing and product success and advising management on innovation measures to foster sales.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the commercial strategy team in working with PMIs to collaborate on home acquisition financing products for our client&#8217;s customers.<\/li>\n<li>Support the mortgage team in credit profiling, and the development and application of a list of criteria that will allow our client to adequately profile and pre-qualify customers for alternative financing products e.g. rent to own, housing solution fund, NHF etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>DELIVERABLES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales Target<\/li>\n<li>Settlement of customer complaints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>TIME ALLOCATION<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales \u2013 60%<\/li>\n<li>Collection\/Receivables \u2013 20<\/li>\n<li>Admin \u2013 20%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>KPI<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Total sales Indicator is the overall sales of residential properties done by staff (50%)<\/li>\n<li>Late collections &#8211; Indicator will ensure that the sales staff will not only focus on seeking customers to purchase units, but also to ensure that the customers will follow-up with payment (15%)<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with other relevant departments: (15%)<\/li>\n<li>Feedback from direct leader (s) \u2013 qualitative judgment (10%)<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relations \u2013 managing communication and feedback between customers and our client (10%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &amp;
