Operations Focus) to support the execution of the organization\u2019s people strategy while driving excellence in technical talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR operations.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with strong hands-on expertise in attracting, hiring, and retaining top technology talent while ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement across the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tech Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, product management, DevOps, and related functions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and business-critical technology positions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessment criteria, and selection processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Improve recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Strategy &amp; Business Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support the Head of HR in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce and organizational matters.<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning initiatives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support organizational development and change management programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Operations &amp; Process Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Oversee the effective execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and HR governance standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support the resolution of employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and best practices.<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support performance management and talent development processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Foster a positive and productive employee experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Supervise, mentor, and develop HR Officers and Talent Acquisition team members.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive accountability and performance across the HR function.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support capability-building initiatives and continuous learning within the HR team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Analytics &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and maintain HR dashboards covering recruitment, headcount, attrition, workforce trends, and other key metrics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support workforce decisions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare periodic reports and recommendations for management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics<br \/>\n\u2022 Strength of talent pipelines for critical positions<br \/>\n\u2022 Employee retention and attrition rates<br \/>\n\u2022 Compliance with HR policies and operational processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Employee engagement and satisfaction levels<br \/>\n\u2022 Accuracy and timeliness of HR reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 Overall effectiveness of HR service delivery<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 4\u20137 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years focused on technical recruitment or talent acquisition.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience within technology, telecommunications, fintech, SaaS, cloud, or digital services environments is strongly preferred.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience recruiting technical professionals including software engineers, cloud specialists, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and related roles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prior leadership or supervisory experience within HR or talent acquisition functions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
